Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

via a clear declaration (e.g., by email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form provided below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, most cost-effective shipping option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned goods.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof of having returned them—whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

Goods must be returned in the original packaging and include all accessories—especially the provided cotton pouch—to ensure proper inspection and sustainable reuse of the product.

Important Notice:
If goods are returned without the original box and/or without the included cotton pouch, we reserve the right to deduct a flat handling fee of €10 from your refund to cover the additional effort for cleaning, repackaging, and refurbishment.

This policy helps us maintain our quality standards, ensure a fair return process, and support responsible resource use.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.

Return shipping is free of charge for you.

3. Compensation for Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling other than what is necessary to examine the condition, properties, and functioning of the goods (§ 357 para. 7 BGB).

This applies in particular to:

  • Signs of wear or visible dirt
  • Damaged products
  • Missing original packaging or labels
  • Custom-made or personalized items

In such cases, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

4. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not pre-manufactured and whose production is determined by an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or that are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal requirements (e.g. engraved items, custom sizes, special colors, etc.).
